Psychedelic Integration Circle

This Integration Circle provides a safe and supportive space to share your journey and to learn from others’ experiences. The space is also a place to ask questions and to get feedback from a mix of different minds. We welcome those who are new and experienced with healing and growth from expanded states of consciousness.

This event will start with either a mindfulness or breathing exercise then move on to introductions, followed by sharing stories and asking questions. We will end the event by sharing our intentions for the week.

Please arrive on time. The meeting will close 7 minutes after starting. Please stay the entire time, if you need to leave early, let the group know. This helps build cohesiveness in the group.

About the Facilitator:
I started my healing journey in 2018 to heal from PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Psychedelics have been a powerful tool that has helped me in my healing. Once I added psychedelics to my toolbox it was life-changing. It was like jumping on a recovery rocket.

I am a Healing Coach that guides clients in psychedelic integration, microdosing psychedelics, somatic breathing exercises, and trauma response recognition techniques. In my free time, I enjoy being out in nature. Some of the activities I enjoy are foraging, hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing and just chilling in a hammock with my dog.
